Challenge

Premier’s greatest strength was human. Its brand was making that advantage hard to see.

In a saturated San Francisco Bay Area staffing market, Premier had earned a genuine edge — carefully vetting talent and connecting the right people to fast-growing companies. But its website and marketing weren't telling that story, and in a category racing toward automation and résumé-reading software, its most valuable differentiator was also its least visible. Premier needed a brand that could stand apart, earn referrals, and speak to both talent and employers at once.

We began with brand strategy and messaging, then expanded into a new identity, visual system, and responsive mobile-first website.
