Trium was transforming organizations. But its own brand was telling a far too ordinary story.

Trium’s work brings together strategy, leadership, human dynamics, and organizational performance in ways a traditional consulting model can't contain. But the existing identity and website were generic — they communicated none of the distinctiveness of Trium's thinking, the sophistication of its offer, or the interconnected way the firm helps leaders create lasting change. The company that helps others stand apart was blending in.

Madplum reshaped the brand from identity through digital experience, making complex work clearer without making it feel simpler than it was.

The work included strategic positioning, a new visual identity, photography direction, and a fully restructured website designed to feel clearer, more modern, and more distinctly Trium. Madplum also helped translate the firm’s Full Stack Approach into an interactive 3D visualization, giving visitors a more intuitive way to understand how Trium’s services connected. The brand system and website were developed to work together: clarifying the story, creating a stronger visual point of view, and giving the Trium team a platform they could manage and evolve over time.
