But that personal touch is disappearing in an age of algorithms and resume-reading software. Will a computer ever care about you or your success? Maybe someday. Until then, there’s Premier Talent Partners.
But Premier Talent Partner’s people skills aren’t enough if talent and employers never get to the first hello. With a saturated Bay Area market, Premier crafted a niche for vetting a pool of talent and matching it to rapidly growing companies. But their website and marketing wasn’t doing a good job telling their story. And they weren’t getting as many referrals as they would like.
What they needed was a sleek, sophisticated, and straightforward brand that didn’t just communicate their offerings, but evoked their personality. We wanted to convey a voice and look that’s empowering, responsive, and informative. At the heart of Premier is a deep desire to change lives. To put the perfect person into the perfect job. And to showcase their honesty, transparency, and dedication to what they do.
Madplum started by crafting a brand strategy and messaging framework to solidify their story and land the brand voice. From there, we built out the logo and visual style guide which led to developing a completely new website from scratch. New voice, new story, and completely new, intuitive, mobile responsive online experience. Proving that it is possible to blend the best of yesterday (the timeless art of matchmaking) and the futuristic simplicity of the modern-day (a fluid, seamless, elegant website.)
