When it takes 10 clicks to purchase a wooden spoon from the Williams-Sonoma website, you not only have a problem, you have a fire in the kitchen. That’s when we threw on our aprons and helped design a site that brought the number down to 2. Nothing half-baked about this idea. And to top it off, we baked a drive-to-web print campaign dripping with a sensory explosion to drive hungry consumers to the new online kitchen store.
