This was the vision given to us to convey for El Banco, a dream destination like no other place on earth. The challenge: Building the dream before it was physically developed. With combined inspiration and perspiration, we manufactured paradise in a brand development effort that sold the first phase of multi-million dollar lots in less than a week.
