Susan is often the glue of the team. She has over 20 years experience in client service, project and account management combined. The diverse experience has honed her into a top-notch project manager. There isn’t a project Susan has been involved in that hasn’t turned to gold. As an assistant at Smith Barney, she helped to grow a financial investment team of three to a team of nine with over 500 million in investments. As project & design manager for a custom hillside home builder, she led the charge that built two homes worth over 3 million dollars. And during her time at Conde Nast Publication, she worked with two veterans of the 2008 ASME award winning business magazine Portfolio. In her time with Madplum, she has made her mark stewarding projects from print to social media.
